   • Medium Boats (e.g., motorboats, mid-sized yachts)
   • Large Boats (e.g., luxury yachts, houseboats)

2. Rental Potential

   • High Demand Periods (peak season)
   • Moderate Demand Periods (shoulder season)
   • Low Demand Periods (off-season)

3. Number of Rentals

   • 1-5 rentals/month
   • 6-10 rentals/month
   • 11+ rentals/month

4. Fleet Size (for owners with multiple boats)

   • 1-2 boats
   • 3-5 boats
   • 6+ boats

Maximum Cap

To ensure fairness and competitiveness, the maximum service fee is capped at 10%, regardless of the combination of factors.

Incentives for High Performers

• Top Renters (highest revenue generators)
• Frequent Renters (number of rentals per month)
