Cancellation Policy

For Boat Owners

Boat owners reserve the right to cancel or deny bookings at any time, including but not limited to weather conditions, boat malfunctions, and personal reasons. In such cases, renters will receive a refund after deducting applicable fees and taxes.

For Renters

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Periods:
    • More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund.
    • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund.
  1. Cancellation Procedure:
    • To cancel a booking, go to your inbox and find the boat you want to cancel. Hit Cancel and the refund process will begin.
  1. Weather-Related Cancellations:
    • In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe by the boat owner, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  1. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a cancelation request.
  1. No-Show/ Late Policy:
    • Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount. Late arrivals or returns may result in additional fees charged by the hourly rate of the rental at the boat owners discretion.
  1. Changes to Bookings:
    • Changes to bookings (e.g., rescheduling, altering the duration of rental) may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  1. Company Discretion:
    • The company reserves the right to amend this cancelation policy at its discretion.
  1. Forces of nature:
    • In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the cancelation policy may be adjusted accordingly.
