For Boat Owners

  • Boat owners reserve the right to cancel or deny bookings at any time, including but not limited to weather conditions, boat malfunctions, and personal reasons.
  • In such cases, renters will receive a refund after deducting applicable fees and taxes.

For Renters

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund.

Cancellation Procedure

  • To cancel a booking, go to your inbox and find the boat you want to cancel. Hit Cancel and the refund process will begin.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe by the boat owner, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a cancelation request.

No-Show/ Late Policy

  • Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
  • Late arrivals or returns may result in additional fees charged by the hourly rate of the rental at the boat owner’s discretion.

Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings (e.g., rescheduling, altering the duration of rental) may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Company Discretion

  • The company reserves the right to amend this cancelation policy at its discretion.

Forces of nature

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the cancelation policy may be adjusted accordingly.
