Weather Conditions

Guest safety is our top priority. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that make the trip unsafe or prohibited by local authorities, we will attempt to reschedule your booking to the next available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Customer cancellations are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to arrive at the agreed departure time.
• If the trip is canceled by the operator due to prohibited weather conditions and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
