NOTE: We want to emphasize that, in alignment with our company’s values and policies:

-Aqua Experiences does not endorse or allow the use of drugs or prostitution aboard our 96′ Ferretti yacht. This is NOT a party yacht, DJs and parties are not permitted.

-Our 96’ Ferretti yacht cannot access the channels of Islas del Rosario. For this purpose, we provide a 38’ Todomar tender as an auxiliary boat, allowing you to access beach clubs and explore beaches for an additional cost of USD $1,500.

-A USD $1,000 security deposit is required on the day of the charter and must be given to the captain. This deposit will be returned after the charter, provided that there is no damage to the charter property. We accept only cash for the deposit.

-Upon reservation confirmation, our yacht charter agreement will be sent to you for signing and acceptance.

ROSARIO ISLANDS:

Our 8-hour full-day charter (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) offers the best of the Rosario Islands. Highlights include snorkeling in the clear waters of one of our secluded spots, La Piscina, and relaxing at the popular Bora Bora Beach Club.

CHOLON:
