However, If you’re hoping for a $1,000-per-week charter on a 100-foot luxury yacht for 20 guests, we won’t be able to help. Those kinds of requests are simply not viable in this market.
Our concierge service is best suited for guests with a minimum budget of $1,000 USD, and we recommend being as specific and realistic as possible so we can find the best value for your money.

What exactly does the concierge service include?
Our concierge service is a free, hands-on, premium matching service. Once you made payment and complete your request, our team manually sources boats that match your trip details. We’ll reach out directly to boat owners, captains, and charter companies — including those not yet on our platform — to find the most suitable options.
You’ll receive a shortlist of curated options within 48 hours, tailored to your location, trip dates, boat preferences, and group size.
What if you can’t find any boats that match my request?
We do our absolute best to find matches for every serious enquiry. If no boats meet your criteria, we’ll still provide a clear explanation and may offer alternatives (e.g. changing location, adjusting budget, or shifting dates).
If no options can be found at all, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund — but this is not guaranteed, especially if the boats shown genuinely meet all requirements.
Can I use the concierge service to plan a yacht trip with a captain and crew?
Absolutely. Just let us know you want a crewed charter and we’ll filter options that include a licensed captain and crew. You can also request extras like food and drink packages, onboard chefs, water toys, and more — just include those preferences when filling out the post-purchase form.
What regions is this service available?
Our concierge service is global. We regularly arrange yacht charters in hotspots like Miami, the Greek Islands, Croatia, the Caribbean, the French Riviera, the Balearic Islands, and more. Even if your dream location isn’t listed on our site, we’ll explore all options to source the right vessel.
Can I cancel or change my request after submitting it?
You can email us within 24 hours of submitting your request to update your details. However, if we have already provided you with listings, the concierge fee is no longer refundable.
