Innovative Design & Comfortable Cruising

The Lagoon 42 brings together sailing performance, comfort, and innovative design in a spacious cruising catamaran. Created by VPLP Design and Patrick le Quément, she combines Lagoon’s distinctive style with an organic layout designed to create a natural connection between the living spaces and everyone onboard.

Spacious Outdoor Living

The Lagoon 42 offers excellent movement between the swim platforms and cockpit, with just two steps separating the two areas. The sheltered and well-ventilated cockpit provides an inviting space for relaxing and dining, complemented by cockpit cushions, a cockpit table, Bimini top, and solar panels.

An electric anchor system, 6hp outboard, 220V shore power, and electric winch add convenience while cruising and at anchor.

Modern Interior

The contemporary interior by Nauta Design combines elegant woodwork with bright and comfortable living areas. The accommodation includes four cabins plus an additional single bow cabin, with a convertible saloon table providing additional sleeping flexibility.

Air conditioning, a generator, electric refrigeration, hot water, and fans throughout the cabins and saloon provide a comfortable onboard environment.

Sailing & Navigation

The Lagoon 42 offers balanced sailing performance and straightforward handling. The lazy-jack mainsail and furling genoa make sail management simple, while the electric winch provides additional assistance.

Navigation equipment includes an external GPS plotter, autopilot, VHF, speedometer, depth sounder, and wind instrumentation.
