****2 hour or 3 hour must book with Captain only.  
****Boat will hold 10 ppl or 1354lbs people and gear. This is  coast guard regulations.  
****If you book and you are over weight or capacity the rental will be canceled with no refund.  
****If you book with captain limit is 9 ppl or 1154lbs people and gear 
****Booking without a captain requirements-2 years boating experience. must be over 25. Must have boating license or boaters safety course.
