Ask BeaEvery charter includes Captain Bea, the boat, fuel, two YETI coolers pre-loaded with ice, floaties, noodles, swim ladder access, USCG life jackets for all guests, and a first aid kit. Food, drinks, and additional water toys are BYO — or ask about our catering add-on.
Absolutely — BYO is fully welcome and encouraged. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. We ask that all guests drink responsibly and follow Texas water safety laws. Captain Bea reserves the right to limit alcohol if safety is at risk, which very rarely happens and is always handled with kindness.
Absolutely! Sunny Side Up is one of the most family-friendly boats on Lake Travis. Life jackets for all ages are on board. Captain Bea is great with kids and will always choose calm coves for swimming. We do ask that you note the ages of children when booking so Bea can plan accordingly.
Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before your float. 50% refund for 7–14 days. No refund within 7 days, but you can reschedule once for free. Weather cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled — Captain Bea makes the safety call 24 hours in advance.
Guests are welcome to bring decorations and set them up before departure. Balloons, banners, and streamers are all fine — just avoid anything that could go overboard and pollute the lake. Bea can also help coordinate with local party supply companies if you message her in advance.
